A fascinating thing about creativity that I’ve been told, and I’ve experienced myself, is that when you get your imagination moving often, it begins to feel automatic. Ideas can come like turning on a garden hose.
Many authors and artists have replied to the question “Where do you get your ideas from?” with a similar answer. Once you are plugged in, the creative juices will flow.
For artists, the simple act of drawing something small every day can turn into much bigger things.
