Pushing into year two of the Draw or Die Club, I want to really lean into being more of a REAL virtual drawing club, and I want it to be the coolest damn drawing club that’s ever existed. Will you help me build it? Let’s talk about that and somfun announcements this week!

My vision for the drawing club is pretty simple, but, I also want your feedback and ideas. I would like to build this TOGETHER. Please provide you ideas of feedback as a comment here, OR email me at dj@drawordieclub.com
THE MISSION?
It’s no different than what you might already know. We want to help artists of ALL levels stay encouraged and creating. The path we choose as creators can be challenging and a lonely one. Many give up too soon and then just live miserable ass lives secretly wishing they’d keep drawing, but lack the self confidence to keep going and pushing through all the bullshit that life throws at us.
I want members of our drawing club to know they can always turn to US to feel inspired and get through whatever they’re dealing with.
THE METHODS?
We’ll do more FUN drawing exercises and commit to supporting each others work, even if only kind comments and kind candor. It shouldn’t feel like WORK or a burden to be involved. The goal will be to keep it FUN and motivating.
And always be honest and give a reality check. It’s important for creators to understand it can be a challenging path. AND that we all share the same struggles at some point or another. Depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, art block… the only way out is through!
And it’s easier to get through when you know you’re not alone. 🤘🏻
