This Struggle is Real.
According to our YEAR ONE SURVEY, the biggest struggle that artists on this list face is feeling like their art isn't good enough. Even the old pros!
It's a feeling that can be all-consuming and make it hard to find the motivation to keep creating. But the truth is, feeling this way is completely normal, and it's something that every artist goes through at some point in their journey.
If you're feeling this way, you have to know that you're not alone. Even the most successful and talented artists have moments of self-doubt and insecurity. But the key to overcoming these feelings is to keep creating, even when it feels like you're not making progress.
One of the reasons why we love art so much is because it allows us to express ourselves in unique and creative ways. But it's important to remember that art is not a competition.
This is HOW you find “YOUR STYLE”
Every artist has their own style and journey, and just because your art may look different from someone else's doesn't mean it's not good enough.
Remember, the true beauty of art lies in its imperfections. It's what makes it unique and special. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, take risks, and keep pushing yourself to new heights. The more you draw, the better you'll become, and the more confidence you'll gain in your own abilities.
If you're still struggling with self-doubt and comparison, try to shift your focus from external validation to internal satisfaction.
Draw for yourself and the joy of creating, rather than trying to impress others or live up to someone else's expectations. The more you create from a place of authenticity, the more your art will reflect your unique voice and style.
I know YOU have the potential to create something truly amazing.
But only if you take action. Push yourself, stay inspired, and never friggin give up on your dreams. For the love of god, don’t make me keep saying it… DRAW EVERY DAMN DAY!

I like that about having your own style when drawing. The imperfections are a part of that, for sure. But also the way you draw eyes, hands, other features etc. Right, back to drawing!
